On September 12th of last year, the 11th annual professional conference for HR professionals and recruiters, titled New Vision in HR.

This event attracts dozens of experts on the topic every year with its program. The goal is to present new trends in the field of human resources. With their lecture „Stand Out and Get Noticed“ with the subtitle „The Secret to a Good Advertisement“ We also contributed with our input. At the same time, we acted as an event partner for the first time. We bring you a closer look at the topic that our colleague Jozefína Plevová presented at the forum.

In our opinion, it is essential for a job offer to stand out in order to attract candidates who are increasingly passive and do not urgently need to look for work. Unemployment is at historic lows, which is why it is necessary to stand out from the crowd of almost identical advertisements. It is necessary to realize that a job offer is actually your sales tool. Your goal when writing an engaging ad should be:
