Bc. Jana Betková

I am a communicative and active person with a strong passion for working with people. Contact with them is what fulfills me the most and gradually led me to the field of recruitment, where I can connect the right candidates with the right opportunities.

I started building my work experience as an assistant and trainer at a large distribution company. I have been part of the TRIGON Consulting team for 4 years now, where I have gradually grown and continue to develop my skills in a field that I enjoy.

I am a person who can listen, understand the needs of others, and at the same time keep things organized and in order. At work, I often combine empathy with organization and flexibility, which helps me handle even dynamic and unexpected situations.
