The word "free" has been frequently used in recent years. Whether it's free train travel, education, or free lunches. These services are free, on the surface. However, someone has to pay for them.

When we were thinking about the name for this blog, we didn't want to „wrap“ a hidden meaning into the word free. In the end, we decided to keep it. Do you know why?

Within our services, free consulting is truly free.  You are not obligated to anything, you do not order anything, and we will not invoice you anything additionally.

What all do clients receive as part of our free consultation?

Companies often contact us when they need help with staff recruitment. In case of more complex recruitment, we are happy to travel to the client to discuss the specifics in person.

Our work doesn't end with the signing of the employment contract of the selected candidate. As the first in Slovakia, we offer additional salary analysis and an evaluation of the recruitment process. We provide companies with feedback on how candidates perceive them and how they can improve their image in the eyes of candidates.
